The spot-tailed antwren (Herpsilochmus sticturus) is a species of bird in subfamily Thamnophilinae of family Thamnophilidae, the "typical antbirds". It is found in Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname, and Venezuela. The spot-tailed antwren and Dugand's antwren (H. dugandi) were previously considered conspecific and now are treated as a superspecies. The spot-tailed antwren is monotypic.
