The ashy-headed greenlet (Hylophilus pectoralis) is a species of bird in the family Vireonidae, the vireos, greenlets, and shrike-babblers. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana, Peru, Suriname, and Venezuela. The ashy-headed greenlet is monotypic. It and the olivaceous greenlet (H. olivaceus) are sister species.
