About the Streak-backed Tit-Spinetail

The streak-backed tit-spinetail, or streaked tit-spinetail, (Leptasthenura striata) is a species of bird in the Furnariinae subfamily of the ovenbird family Furnariidae. It is found in Chile and Peru. The streak-backed tit-spinetail has three subspecies, the nominate L. s. striata (Philippi & Landbeck, 1863), L. s. superciliaris (Hellmayr, 1932), and L. s. albigularis (Morrison, ARG, 1938).
