The buff-cheeked greenlet (Pachysylvia muscicapina) is a species of bird in the family Vireonidae, the vireos, greenlets, and shrike-babblers. It is found in Bolivia, Brazil, French Guiana, Guyana, Suriname, and Venezuela. The buff-cheeked greenlet was originally described in 1873 as Hylophilus muscicapinus. The buff-cheeked greenlet has two subspecies, the nominate P. m. muscicapina (Sclater, PL & Salvin, 1873) and P. m. griseifrons (Snethlage, E, 1907).
