About the Rusty-necked Piculet
The rusty-necked piculet (Picumnus fuscus) is a species of bird in subfamily Picumninae of the woodpecker family Picidae. It is found along the Brazilian-Bolivian border. It has been generally accepted as a species since about 1982. It is monotypic.
